Invalid filename encountered when printing report

Hi,

I encountered "Invalid Filename" when printing a crystal report from a vb6 application. However, this problem was not encountered by another user who was also printing the same report from the same vb6 application.

Did anyone encountered this problem? I suspect that this could be a dll issue but i do not know which dll is causing the problem.

Please do advise me on the solution and thank you in advance.
