invalid extension?

BCM 450. Currently, calls are answered by AA, then pointed to a CCR tree. If a caller then inputs an extension that does not exist, they get a recording stating "you have reached an invalid extension" and the AA recording replays. Customer does not want this, wants it to go to reception if an invalid ext is entered. Where do I change this?
 
you cant.

if the caller is dialing an extn and enter the wrong nunber the system returns that message to allow them to try again.
