Invalid Extension

Ok I've been working on this for 3hrs now and I'm lost. Bcm 50 3.0. When calling into the auto attendent and dialing one extension it will say that its a invalid extension. Its valid and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've tried calling on lan lines and several cell carriers. The one that won't work at all is the I phone.It won't even reconize **. Anyone else had this problem. All latest patches are in.

Call AA and dial extension.You'll here one moment please and then you have dialed a invalid extension. Like I said some times there is no problem. But the BCM is not reconizing the DTMF from Iphones.Other phones work sometimes

Here's a couple of things to check.
1) Make sure you don't have touch tone gate enabled for the AA.
2) Try using "Long Tones" on the i phone. (I'm assuming you're speaking of the Nortel IP sets). Long tones = f808.

Do you have the SU System 82 installed?

No I mean Celluar Iphones Mac. Do I change the touc tone gate to standard?

Oh yes I have SU 82 installed

It should be disabled and none.
There is a known issue with cell calls into BCM50's.
It should have been corrected in a CTI patch.
The latest CTI is in the SU System 82.

FYI looks like another DTMF problem.Talked to Nortel there looking into it. Iphones won't do anything off AA and my Nextel phone works sometimes and sometimes it don't
