Currently, if someone types an invalid extension in, the call just disconnects and hangs up on the user. I would like to be able to have it say something like "You have entered an invalid extension. Please try again. And if they do it a second time, continue on to 98030000000. I am at a loss for what I am doing wrong lol so any help would be appreciated!!

01 wait-time 1 secs hearing silence
02 goto vector 50 @step 1 if holiday in table 14
03 collect 4 digit safter announcement 7148 for none
04 route-to digits with coverage y
05 route-to number 98030000000 cov n if unconditionally
06 stop

The vector will always try to route to the digits entered even if they do not match anything in the system.
You could set up lines that match a range of extensions:

1 collect 4 digits after annc 7148
2 goto step 3 if digits >6000
3 goto step 5 if digits <7000
4 route to number 9803000000
5 route to digits with coverage y

Filtering out the extension range keeps curious callers from trying to find your Trunk Access Codes. If you allow routing to any digits then someone could type in any FAC (*9XX, for example), search for dial tone, and charge up international calls on your account.

Just a word of caution.
