I'm trying to add in an IP 2004 phone but every DN I've tried gives me an "Invalid DN" error message. I've confirmed they're available DNs through printing "ludn" but all fail me. Am I doing something wrong perhaps?

Actually, I just realized what the issue was. The settings I was giving were pointing to a specific BCM when this phone won't need to talk to that BCM at all. Sorry for the mixup.

But just the same, I'm trying to set it up for one of our locations that has an Option 11. Would the IP address of the S1 and S2 servers need to be that of the Option 11 or the main PBX at the headquarters? And is there a way to find out what port would need to be used?
