Invalid Cursor State while acessing data using JSP

hi friends
This is mo first post in this forum i am gettin a invalid cursor state when i am trying to acess data from the database (MS Acess 2000) I am using JSP. I have come to know 2 reasons 4 this error either no data in the table or the ResultSet or the connection might not havre been closed i HAVE CHECKED 4 BOTH OF THIS NE MORE SUGGESTIONS
