Invalid cursor sqlconsole

I have setup a database maintenance machine and running the mainteance via a script that is scheduled. However, the script keeps failing stating 'Invalid Cursor'. The funny thing is I can run it manually via sqltalk on the same machine. Has anyone seen this error and could you give me a hand.
