Invalid Crytographic Key Length

I have a user that receives this error everytime the go into a lotus notes DB (notes 5.0). It then asks if they want access to the server and they click yes and they get it. The problem is it asks everytime they do something in the notes environment. Any ideas on how I could rectify this?

Does the user use the same version as other (e. g. international version...)
In the beginning of R5 there were some other version (french ...) with shorter crypt keys - I think.

It is all the same version as everyone else in the office and she is the only one having this problem
