Invalid Credentials

When i try and log into MY CALLPILOT i get error msg: invalid credentials please check your settings and try again.

I know my mailbox and password work i can log into callpilot manager

I added it in trusted sites and also tried with firefox

Can someone please tell me what settings i need to check

Verify the CallPilot server Name, VPIM Networkj Shortcut, LDAP FQDN, and the LDAP Search base in the My CallPilot setup on the Client setting, the Server and make sure the CP was configuration matches them.
