Invalid Class string !!

Hi friend!
I have created vb dll to create a word document. its working fine when embedded in another standard exe in vb.
After that i registered the dll using regsvr32.
but when im creating object in asp page (using server.createobject("projectname.classname") im getting the message "Invalid Class string"

Please help me out

Is your dll registered on your server or on your machine? Is the script that is attempting to instantiate running server-side or client-side? If the two are in different places, that would be a problem..
