Invalid Class String 800401F

I have already installed the msi on the clients machine but the follow error when trying to open the report.

"Invalid Class String 800401F3".
This error is occurring on this line of code.

Thisform.crxReport = Thisform.crxApplication.OpenReport("&sReport.")

I can run the exe from my machine and not get the error.
