I am running Access 2000 and one of our tables has a record that has #Error althe way accross and keeps popping up Invalid argument.

I just want to delete the sucker and move on but I can't, please help.

Note I don't know jack about Access so please spell it out for me.

Scott

Yes, the entire record, every entry is an error.

Here is an update: After several attempts I got a compact and repair to work and it did fix my problem, but if someone wants to continue and answer the question that would be great. Sometime the compact and repair doesn't work.

In another thread recently I read that you can create a MakeTable query and identify all the records BEFORE the #ERROR# record and then insert all the records AFTER the #ERROR# record and recreate the table that way.....but if you don't have a primary key that allows you to identify "Before" and "After" then that scenario doesn't work....
