What did you make it from? I've a feeling you get that error message if you use a variable in text editing and the variable has a zero value in some cases. That would apply to formula fields: if you are using one then please post it.
It always helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.

Hi
I am using crystal reports 11. I want to know is there any function which will give me number of days in particular month.
I want to write a formula in which i need to divide by the days of that particular month.
Example: If it is august then divide by 30 if september then divide by 31 ans so on
I answered your other post about 'days in month'. If you figured the earlier problem, it helps to give the answer in case someone else has the same problem.
