Hello All,

I am trying (fro the first time) to schedule a report to a destination of unmanaged Disc but I am getting the following error.

source file error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged: Invalid argument

Thinking that it was a report thing, I changed the destination to Default and the report runs without issue. I am using a valid network location to which the username does have access.

Any Thoughts, ideas, etc. I have searched the KB on Bo site but got no hits.

Thanks
Fergal

Hi,
The User's access is not what matters, it is the CE Service that actually writes the file , so the account that the services run under needs to have access to that destination directory..
( Do not know, however, if that will solve your problem but it will eliminate one variable to debug..)

To Paraphrase:"The Help you get is proportional to the Help you give.."

Also, the Crystal Job Server unmanaged disk Destination must be enabled in the CMC (CE9 terminology).
