One of our ACD agents is getting an “Invalid Entry” message when she enters her Agent ID on our Option 11C Rel 25 switch.
The agent picked a random 4-didgit number and was able to log in. Not good for reporting.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can recover ( and reuse) the “Invalid” ID?
