I just recently installed Office 2000 and most everything seems to work correctly. However, when I open Outlook I get a message box saying 'C:\Documents and Settings\hamos\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL'is not a valid Office Add-In. When I click the 'OK' button it continues to load the correct profile and seems to work correctly. Id this a file I need or is this something that developed during loading of Office. And, how can I fix it so the message doesn't pop up everytime Outlook is opened.

Thank you,
jcfrasco

I've never seen a dll file in that folder...er, rather, those folders.

I'd look for the sbcmsync.dll file and move it, then relaunch office. It looks suspiciously like something that goes with the "small business tools" installation.
