Invalid Access Postscript Error (mac)

I have a Quark 5.0 document that I'm trying to print to my Agfa Imagesetter (to make negs for press). There is one graphic on the front of this document that is a duotone created in Photoshop 6.0 and saved as a EPS. When i go to print it to the imagesetter I get a Invaild Access error and it flushes the job through. I get a message that the finder needs my attention and a postscript error has occured. The way the duotone is setup seems to be ok. Any help or info on what this error is would be great

Could you colour the image up as a greyscale tif in quark!

If you can't fix it in 20 minutes call someone who can.
