Hello,
I hope someone can shed some light on this, as Microsoft cant.
I have a problem with a user running Outlook 97, on a windows 98se machine.
When they double click on the icon it gives the error
Invaild page fault on module MSO97.DLL (sorry they have not made a record of the memory address).
I have tried to rename the VIEWS.DAT file, but it does not exist on the hard drive.
I have also recreated the profile, and run the inbox repair tool, before I reinstall, is there anything else to try.
Thanks in advance,
