I use a csv file of invoices exported from mas90 for input into my EDI program. I have the integrator set up to export
the fields for invoice_type, order_status and ship_status.
The TRSG gives the possible invoice types as ACDIFHX (Adj,Cm.Dm,In,Fc,Ca,X=del). The only types I have seen so far have been S & Z with Z apparently indicating a deleted invoice. If anyone knows the actual output and meaning of the
codes for the above three mas fields I would greatly appreciate the help.

Look at the SO5 in your TRSG. S="standard", Z="Deleted".
