I'm sorry if this has already been discussed but I don't even know how to search the forum for this topic.

In the last 2 weeks or so, I have been bombarded with Trojan Horses disguised as Microsoft Security updates or patches.
You know, the ones that look like they come from Microsoft.

Fortunately, I know better to click on them, and we have good virus protection. It hasn't created any problems, other than it seems to be increasing in volume every day. I have received 70 already today.

Question 1: Is anyone else experiencing this?
2: What did I do, or where did I go on the net to cause this?
3: Is there any way to stop, or at least decrease the volume.

If the volume keeps increasing, it could be a problem.

Thanks for the info. I've unsubscribed from all newsgroups and the messages seem to have decreased by about 50%. I'm hoping that it is a trend and not just a fluctuation.
