Intuity

I have an Intuity that over the weekend apparently something took place and now gives an error message upon reboot "operating system cant be found" Not sure if anyone has ever seen this. HELP

The Intuity is a MAP 40 with over 1000 users, we have a Jazz backup but we are not sure what is being backed up.

Sounds like the hard drive is bad, or if u have a floppy drive, u have a floppy incerted.

no floppy included for version 5.120. I only have the cd's

It seems to me that I have seen some known problems in this forum with Jaz drives causing problems but can't seem to find any looking for 5 minutes. I will look some more.
If it is not under warantee some customers have got the hard drive going by rapping the box. Sometimes the hard drive gets stuck and a wack can getting it going again.
