Intuity voicemail

Hello all,



I have an end user who would like to capture a voicemail and download it to a file. Is this possible? I have a Intuity Map 100. Thanks again

If they have message manager, you can save it to a file. If I remember, you need to drag it into a personal folder which then places the file in your message manager directory on the PC. Download the free LVP or AVP (Lucent or Avaya Voice Play to open the file and save as .WAV).
