Hi All,
Sorry, didn't find this in any manuals or FAQ's.

Is it possible to have the voicemail system synch it's time from the PBX? That's what I'm used to from the Nortel world.

Thanks,
Ben

thanks, and lamer question, how do I get into the menu system? I don't have any key mappings, and I only see a command prompt.

Above is a link the Intuity reference library. Although i do not know the release you are working on, this should give you a lot of useful information on you Intuity.

At the login prompt, login then your password. It will come up with a question mark by 513 emulation? hit enter to continue your login.

If you are logging in under the system administrator login you you have 12 options to choose from after logging in. The second option down "Audix Administration" will let you add, move and change subscribers.

Intuity is its own server and keeps its own time - you can adjust by time zone if you have multiple PBXs in different time zones networked to the same box.

Getting into the administration will vary by release. What version are you running? If it's new you can probably just browse to it through IE.
