Intuity Voiceboard pinouts 2

I am reinstalling an Intuity & the cust. does not have any of the cables or adapters to connect the analog sta. to the voiceboard. I have made a cable-RJ45 on 1 end & RJ11's on the other end but so far I can only get 2 of the ports to work. I tried numerous combinations to get the 3rd port to work but am not having any luck. The pairs that do wk are the BL/W pair & the G/W pair. Any suggestions???

Just use plain RJ11 cable and jacks on both end - no need to make a special cable. The analog ports accept either an RJ45 or RJ11. The analog ports only use 2-pairs.

The Intuity AYC-55 boards use USOC pinout on an RJ-25 6-conductor or RJ-45 8-cond. There are 2 JK's per board for a total of 6 ports.

w-gn/w-or/bl-w/w-bl/or-w/gn-w on RJ-25

w-bn/w-gn/w-or/bl-w/w-bl/or-w/gn-w/bn-w on RJ-45 W-BN pair is NOT used

Although the jack on the board is 8-pin, it is wired USOC 3 pair

So take a Cat-5 568-B jack, put Line 1 on the Blue Pair, Line 2 on the GREEN pair, and put Line 3 on the ORANGE/WHITE terminal and the WHITE/BROWN terminal. Nothing on the White/Orange or Brown/White
