how can you make messages save a unlimited time, I saw in cos a setting for new, old, unread it was set to 10 days for each? what do I change this to??

You can change it on an individual mail box.
This might be better then doing it system wide.
Change it to whatever you want.

If you were to do it system wide and your users have the
habit of not clearing old ones, you could use up your resources quite rapidly.

u can't make it unlimited time, unless u use Message Manager which is a software program u have to pay for that stores your messages on your network or desktop

the maximum days to save a message is 999, enter that number for the specific mailbox in the incoming retention field. that should cover you for about 3 years
