A client is asking me for the below info, what menus, commands would i do to get it?

Max ports used per day
Total Storage Hours/ used and free
Average mailbox message size per user

if you have inttuity lx, go to web browser and run a system evaulation and you get the info there.

Nick, if this is just the Intuity use the "li meas" command in audix administration. You can pull them up by the hour or day.

I have an Intuity MAP5 in a hotel (G3 R11) running VM and Homisco call accounting. It is now crashing three times a day with the logs showing "VP CPUPERF alarm code 2". In the docs it says the CPU is working too much with not enough idle time. We have purged call accounting records with no improvement.

HELP!!!

Repair Procedure:
To repair the problem either:
Decrease system usage.
Increase system capacity.
