Intuity or IP Office mode

What do you guys in the Uk prefer to use.

Pros and cons?

IP Office mode is easier to use.

Intuity mode allows users to modify their mailbox more extensively ie up to 4 greetings, ability to differentiate between call types ie internal, external, busy, no reply and play different messages.

But in saying this flexibility comes at a cost, as most users find it more difficult than ipo mode.

It is also more secure as it has password policies.

IPO mode allows easy setup with groups

Intuity seems to the way Avaya are going, so if the customer knows no better, I use Intuity. But I do agree with JeSTeROCK, IP Office mode is easier.

in belgium, we always use the ip office mode...customers finds the intuity mode to difficult to work with. They want easy stuff...just hear their mails and not to much funny stuff
