Intuity or Integrated solutions III reset

I have come upon two of each of these VM systems and do not have any admin passwords i have read many of your related posts and tried all of the password combinations that are posted but still have not gained access.
If anyone could assist me in resetting to default it would be of great help. I have seen posts on how but i can seem to get it correct.
Do I need to send it in and pay money to get this reset?
