I have an Intuity LX. How do I chnage the number of rings that it takes for a voicemailbox to answer? CurRently set answer at 3 rings, users would like 4 rings. Thanks in advance.
That setting would be in the PBX, not the voicemail. Check the coverage path for the user and the number of rings before going to coverage (voicemail) is there.
