Intuity Map/5 Passwords?

I acquired one of these with a system I took in. I fired it up and it looks to be functional. Version 2.0 and has the Y2K patch. Problem is no passwords!!!
What are the default passwords for the three access levels? Any hints on what to do if default does not work?
Thanks a bunch!! You guys and gals have been great in the past!

Can't think of any more right now.
anything SA would be setup by avaya at the time of reg.

The Craft password worked!!!!
This is the default for Definity. It didn't even dawn on me that these are used for Definity and on occassion, Legend.
