I shall wish to associate two box for a same extension.

Reception of the messages box/boss on box/assistant.

Thank for your help

I'll assume you dont speak english because that made no sense to me.

Let me see if I can figure out what you're trying to do.

You have a boss who has voicemail and you want to let his assistant know when he has voicemail?

or

You have a boss and his assistant and you want them to share a mailbox.

Is either of those close to what you're asking?

Hi

Sorry for my english.

My ask is :

I have a boss and his assistant and I want them to share a mailbox.

Thank for your informations.

Sorry for my english.

No problem. We help people all over the world and have seen worse.

I assume they are wanting the assistant to go through the bosses voice mail for him to weed out junk or take messages. Two users sharing the same box is not the best solution.

What you could do is have his calls go through her by the boss using the SAC feature on his coverage path. When he is in and want to get his calls, he presses the SAC button, deactivating SAC and he will get his calls. If he is going to be out and wants her to get his messages, he hits the SAC button and the calls route to her.

Does this sounds like it will work for what you are trying to accomplish?
