Customer has 2 extensions where the MWI seems to go on and there are no new messages in Intuity. I checked in the PBX to see if any other station is referenced by their MWI and they are not. Checked Intuity activity log and I can see the MWI go off, but never see it go on. To me, that means that Intuity is not sending the MWI message and it has to be coming from the PBX or the phone. I even suspect someone is using the LWC Activation Code, but cannot prove it. Any suggestions?
