Intuity LX Message Indicator Problems

I have a Intuity LX 1.1 with S8300/G700 that is also linked via Qsig to a Bt Syntegra Dealerboard Setup.

I cannot get message waiting indicators to light on the Syntegra Turrets........

Is this possible, if so how?????? or am i just wasting my time?

Any help woukld be appreciated
