Hi,

I'm just configured Prologic G3v12 and Intuity LX R1.1.

I think that Calling information is not sending to Intuity,
When I make call to audix huntgroup, or directly to audix port or normaly from outside line over coverage on station I reciving the same annoucement: You call has been answered by audix. (..) Use touch tones to reenter extension (...).

I found setting in Intuity that Audix is waiting 10 - 15 seconds for Calling info or whet I set -1 then audix is waiting forever (and when I set this I can wait forever ;) )

I'm using integration OverLan
PBX is in Poland - in switch selection I try "Other Definity OverLan", "US Definity OverLan", "UK Definity OverLan", but doesn't change anything.

Have any idea?

PS:

Clan is configured propertly (link is enabled and connected)
Processor Channel too (Channel is in sevice)
IA voice ports has their own cor/cos
I think everything is configured like in documentation.

Can you ping back and forth from one to another?
Is it a direct connect or over the computer network?
Are they both on the same segment?

P.S. For the best response to a question, read FAQ222-2244. Also give the type & version of your voice mail & pbx & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable. Please answer all questions so that I may have the info to assist you. Leaving a post on how you fixed the problem will also be appreciated.

I can ping each other.
They are on the same network segment and they are connected to the same network switch.

This is System Status from ItuityLX
It's still not running.
Any ideas?

Hello

Looks like you integration is correct.

Please match the exact names as in Definity and Intuity.

If problem still exist try puttin and name and extension in the Audix
e.g. Ch sub 4444 = the name field should read as Nixon 4444

See how go on this

regards
nixon

type 'display system cust' and see if there is a field that says you can have 'voice mail'

Konri,

firstly check the 'message center' setting on the second page of the audix hunt group, it should be set to 'audix'. i remember the same problem and it was cured this way. i don't think this trick is documented.

Have you set your C-LAN to act as the Packet Interface?
On page 2 of the system-parameters maintenance form, there is a field at the bottom you need to fill in. Some thing like this:

Packet Intf1? y Packet Intf2? y
Bus Bridge: 01A07 Inter-Board Link Timeslots Pt0: 6 Pt1: 1 Pt2: 1
