Intuity Issue

I have a customer who cannot access "network administration" from Intuity main menu.

Error message "Networking Module is not running" appears.

Also, he cannot run "change machine" - error message "Network Module has not Initialized, Try Again Later" appears.

Does anybody have any ideas?

try a reboot or a shut down sounds like the unix process has failled
