We are about to link an IP Office with a Definity Voice Mail using the Intuity Audix centralised VM Integration license.

The company current uses their VM to broadcast messages to its users - they get their message indication on their phones and they can then go and listen to the message.

What I'm not sure is this - will the IP Office users, when linked in with the centralised VM also get the VM indication on their phones...I'm guessing they will, but would love someone to say they have done this before!

Cheers.

We did this exact install a few times without many problems. The users get the same notification, but they cannot use the Phone Manager Pro to cycle messages.

intuity integration only gives user mailboxes, it cannot be used for call queing of auto attendant.

Thanks for the replies guys.....AA is possible though? How is that?

Least they can broadcast messages + have their own boxes which is the main requirement.

Calls come in at the ACM (or if arriving at the IPO are routed straight through to the ACM) so the AA takes place there.
