I'm trying to overlay all methods of communication with our travel department.  So far I have the reports from BCMSVu our call management system, and e-mail counts.  They both measure traffic volume and time of day.  However, I don't currently measure voicemail.  We use Avaya Intuity MAP 40 and a am wondering is there a way that we can get information from that?  What I'd like is number of messages and time of day.

No, there is really no way to count the number of emails a particular mailbox gets in a day. What you would do instead is use a VDN to do the counting for you. Instead of the "messaging" step, use a "route-to" step in your vector. (since you mentioned BCMSVu and your "travel department" I am assuming you are using vectors.) This would go to a VDN. That VDN would obviously go to a vector, then that vector would contain your original messaging step. Then, anytime a call goes to the original messaging step it now goes to a vdn that you can measure via BCMSVu. A simple counter!

Would "display activity xxxx" give u the information that u want in the voice mail? Or "list measurement subcriber xxxx day"?
