Intuity Fax Messaging

Having a problem receiving faxes that have graphics in them. This particular one is a multipage docment and I can receive it one page at a time but not all together in a single fax. I am thinking that it could be the memory load of the fax or maybe a timeout issue on the intuity.
Any suggestions on a fix for this. Thanks

This is on an Intuity Audix 5.1
