I'm running a Magix 3.0 with Intuity R4.4. When callers call, leave VM, hang up, the Audix doesn't hang up. Once the caller hangs up, it hangs onto the line until the timeout threshold ends. Is there a Disconnect Supervision setting on Audix?
I am 99% sure the Magix knows the line has dropped because if I leave a call on hold and the far end disconnects, the call drops.
