Hello,

I have a old INTUITY CONVERSANT system, and I don't know how to manage it, I can connect to the server using terranova, but, I don't know how to load the management program, I have a simple Unix shell at the momment.

What is the command to load the program, and do you have any documentation (the is nothing online)?

We had one, and i did everything i could to loose it. They have a whole library of books on these things depending on what applications are loaded ( IVR to Voice mail system)

I used to have to type "root" at the console log in and then a password 9 whatever was set up initially)

then I typed "cvis_menu" for the main menu. this was on a 7.0 version. you now know as much as i do about conversants... I can tell you their are not many experts left form the old Lucent crowd that know these things.

Plenty of documentation for those willing to look. Check out the Avaya web site. Perhaps you need to know that the older Conversants were refered to as Interactive Voice Response (CONVERSANT® IVR).
