Intuity Audix server shuts down just after POST

I am having an issue with an older Audix server that had a power supply failure. after replacement of the power supply, the server booted and laoded the messaging services and all was working as normal. Something happened over the weekend where it was shut down somehow. Upon restart, it will go through the normal POST stuff and right after it says its partition check it shuts down. I get no warning no error messages just shuts itself off. I can power the server back on but I keep going through this cycle. Anyone have any ideas? power supply again? bad hard drive?

Could be a motherboard issue as well as the hard drive, you really need to replace this.
