Intuity Audix routing problem

Intuity Audix routing problem

I have a prologix at a remote building with a T1 connected to a secondary building prologix. The secondary building has a t1 to the main building g3 pbx (This is the location where the VM is located). For some reason I cannot route the calls from the remote building to the voice mail system. It seems to be a limitation with double routing to vm.

I have avaya intuity audix v 4.7, with definity prologix/g3

The only way I can get it to work is with a direct T from the remote building to the main building.
Note: all sites are connected through DCS.


If anyone has any ideas please post.

Does the remote pbx have a hunt group that is "remote audix" and where does it lead to? The secondary pbx or the main?
