This may be a bit complicated to ask as a post, but I'm giving it a try.
We have a Merlin Legend system with Intuity Audix VM. Is it even reasonable to set up the following VM scenario.
Caller to extension 444 gets VM and is told to press 1 to connect to person X or 2 to connect to person y.
After two rings, persons x phone transfers to person a and likewise, after two rings persons y phone would transfer to person b.
If a (or b) doesn’t pickup, caller goes into VM for ext 444.
Does this sound way beyond the capabilities of the audix VM system?
Thanks for any / all input.
