My customer wants me to print her a list of all the mailboxes on their Ituity Audix v.4. I really have no idea how to do this, because there isn't a printer connected to it, and I can't print it to a file on my laptop to print when I get to a printer.

It is possible to get a list of extensions (and/or subscribers) a couple different ways. If you have a printer available you could just plug into the Audix box, install printer driver under Customer/Services / Unix Management, and then from Audix Admin do a "list print ext" or "list print sub" for a listing. Or, with your laptop if you can connect via WinSPM and Passthru, you could start a log file in WinSPM (just click on the tab) and give Audix command to "list ext" to capture screen output to a text file on the laptop. Close the log file, exit WinSPM, open the log file in a text editor and do some clean-up of extraneous symbols for a clean listing of extensions.
