Intuity Audix: problem setting up ELA

I'm trying to set up Enhanced-List Application on an IA LX R1.1.

I've followed all of the instruction in the documentation (set up the shadow mailbox, ELA cos, etc.). The problem is when I go into Feature Administration -> Enhanced-List Application, Manage Enhanced-Lists and Memberships is not a clickable link.

If I check the system status it tells me that ELA is running.

Any ideas? I am logging in with a Craft login. Our BP says that that should be fine and they have no idea what the problem is.

I found the problem:

On the Configure ELA menu, I changed the default cos to 8 which the cos I had set as ELA and that the shadow mailbox was in.

After that the Manage... menu became available.
