Intuity Audix on a Legend

Hey All,
The problem that I have is that a voicemail user went to leave a message for another user. Now when anybody logs into their mailbox before their name is announced this guy's message plays. I've logged into the Mailbox of the person who created it and chose option 4. It told me there were 2 messages sent, now when I press 4 there are no messages sent.

It's Intuity Audix R4 running off a legend system.

Delete the mailbox, and recreate it. See if that makes the gremlins groan!

Sounds like they left a message in the broadcast mailbox. I would list subscribers and see which one it is and then go into ti and clear out (*3) the message.

Thanks for all the advice. I deleted the message out of the sender's mailbox. We also took away the option on all mailbox subscribers.
