Have an Intuity AUDIX connected to a Legend. A tech was in changing mailbox names and now the system will not answer correctly. The ports will answer and go to dead air with out hearing the lady. Even after hanging up handset the ports remain open. they seems to be hanging. Have verified port extensions, port configuration on the switch anfd the Intuity. Help anyone?

Have you tried to reboot it? maybe you could bring the chanels down and back up.
