Intuity Audix MAP 5P VXFS VX_Nospace MTCE full error

Hi all. One of my sites has an Audix 5P, the one with the SCSI drive. It has an error message scrolling up the screen reading VXFS VX_NOSPACE MTCE FILE SYSTEM FULL. I am guessing some process ran away with the drive.

It was a used system when it went in a couple of years ago. Not sure if it had call accounting, even though we aren't using it, or what is ticking away in the background.

The question is, how to break through the scrolling, and what to type in to clear out that file space.

Any help appreciated.

Well, we had an issue with a map 5 about two months ago, something similar to what you had said. We had to reload all the software from the original disks, then we had to try to restore from the back-up tape. Well, the back-up tape broke as it was being read to restore all the translations. After being on the phone with Tier 3 in India up to 12:30 AM, we had to reprogram the whole thing from scratch...and I mean from Scratch...even assigning the port in the Intuity to answer calls. That was a fun three days. I have the pdf on loading the software if you need it.
