I have a customer with an Intuity Audix LX 1.1 Voicemail. The voicemail boots up, but the screen goes to a login prompt that I have never seen before. It is a blue screen with a white box for you to enter in a user name and password. In the top left hand corner is the red hat symbol. When you call the voicemail I receive a busy signal. When you enter in the user name and password it keeps going back to the same screen. How do I correct this, or at least troubleshoot this farther?
