Is there a way to configure Internet Messaging so that it sends only Faxes from my voicemail box to my Exchange server?

Not unless you set up a seperate DID and mailboxe for just faxes. Or make your current voicemail box a fax mailboxe and add a prompt that tells callers to "PRESS 1 for FAXES or 2 for VOICMAIL." When the press 2, it goes to a seperate mailboxe...

In the future everything will work...
